I love books!
I love to read and I already have a huge list of books for this year.
I have 3 by Marianne Williamson – A Return to Love,Everyday Grace and A Woman’s Worth
Making Ideas Happen by Scott Belsky
Do More Great Work by Michael Stanier
Resonate by Nancy Duarte
The Art of the Fresh Start by Glenna Salsbury (already started)
D.I.Y. Design it Yourself by Ellen Lupton (started)
How We Make Our Kids Angry by Roger Cross (half way through)
Rooms of Marvel by James Bryan Smith (started)
Opening to God by David Benner
Grace: An Invitation to a Way of Life by John Ortberg
A Framework for Understanding Poverty by Ruby K. Payne
A Matter of Justice by Charles Todd (started)
As you can see, I have a lot of reading to do. Not much on this list is fiction. I also have a habit of starting something and then moving on to something else without finishing. I like to skip around and read what I feel like at the time.
What does your reading list look like for 2011?
R Payne’s book is outstanding. Has been used a lot for in service for educators. So much truth in what she shares–should have a box of tissue close by.
